Cam helped me he asked me questions on why do you need the mobile hotspot. Because I plan to do x, y, and z. Then offered a better solution on the spot. The person who greeted me was also very helpful but I forgot his name.

Cam and his team lead took such great care of me and helped me with changing my phone and even gave tips on how to maximize my internet and get the most savings!
