I recently had my Toyota Camry repaired at Caliber Collision, and I am completely satisfied. The repairs are flawles, my car looks brand new. My Service Advisor, Ken Wetta, was outstanding throughout the process. I had a terrible experience dealing with the insurance company for the person who hit me, but Ken stayed persistent, keeping me updated and making multiple attempts to contact them.
Caliber Collision was honest, upfront, and professional from start to finish. They delivered high-quality work and made the process as smooth as possible despite the insurance complications. “The body work seems to be good, only time will really tell how good the paint is. Overall I'm satisfied with the initial quality of repair. However, I had to knock down 1 star due to some stain or adhesive that was left in my vehicle back seat.....which is definitely odd considering there was no work being done to that side of the vehicle. Someone left dirty boot prints on the rear passenger floor and scuffed up the back of the passenger seat. I cleaned up the dirt, but am left with two small spots where the person who sat in my back seat must have had some sort of adhesive or other hard curing substance on the bottom of their shoes. Not the end of the world, but I dropped off my vehicle in spotless condition on the interior, and received it back in a different condition despite the only work being done was to the driver side. I'm just curious why we're there 3 people riding around in my vehicle with extremely dirty shoes without at least putting down some kind of courtesy protection on the seats and floor. Eh, I'm admittedly a neat freak and this is probably something not everyone thinks about, just a bit of a bummer in my opinion”

“Despite my “John Doe” moniker, I am a real person (Pete), and a recent customer of Round Rock Collision Center.
Our Lexus GX460 backed into my other vehicle, and left a fairly deep scrape and rub on the rear quarter panel, just underneath the tail light.
Since the vehicle was a newer model and relatively new to us, we were concerned about finding a repair center that could perform the needed work, match the paint, and return it to its like new condition.
Round Rock Collision Center was the right place to go to.
As an authorized Lexus repair center, they had the ability to bring our vehicle back to like new condition. Their price was competitive to the other estimates we received, and we were impressed by their facility and customer follow through. They explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and that they had no doubt we would be satisfied with the results. They were right on all counts. We are extremely pleased with the repair and paint match. Round Rock Collision Center will be our first stop should we need auto body work in the future. “A couple weeks ago there was HEAVY rain and low visibility and ended up driving right into a flooded area, felt like I hit a wall but nope, just water. "Turn around, don't drown" wasn't even an option . When I pulled over and assessed the damage I was heart broken as I've had so many issues with my Vehicle this year already ? When I got home , I Google Body Shops and when this shop popped up I made up my mind to go here and best decision! I dropped the Car off on Tuesday and they gave me "Finish by Saturday or a day sooner" . Got a call on Thursday saying it was done and picked it up Friday. And WOW !! I was sooo happy to see the finished job. Mind blown lol they went above and beyond by CLEANING and WASHING the Car ! Atnan even picked me up from the Hertz Rental Car as I had no ride to them once I dropped it off. Said "You're already paying much for the repairs, we don't want you spending money for an Uber" like yasss, thank you so much ! Everytime I look at my car I'm in awe now, like when I first got it. Thank you so much you guys did am amazing job , seriously grateful ?”
