I appreciated how transparent they were when they informed me of the process, the time length that it would take and also having a courtesy shuttle that was able to take me to work and pick me up when my car was ready

very good experience. my electrical charging issue that plague me for a while that 2 other automotive services couldn't fix were resolved within 1 hour ! and I liked the shuttle service provided as well...
