“Have purchased 2 PCs through Ironside now, first one lasted me 5+ years before I decided to upgrade. Second one is running wonderfully a year and a half later, and the custom Retrowave case is gorgeous. Had to contact their customer service for a performance issue I was experiencing, assuming my graphics card might be having problems. Not only did they diagnose the issue immediately over the phone (BIOS update required), Mackenzie talked me through everything and waited until the update was done to ensure I was good to go. Have to say it’s wonderful spending money with a business that stands behind their products AND is willing to help you out after the sale is done. I’ll 100% be buying my next computer through Ironside.

“I hadn't been on this store in a while. It had been remodeled, and I really liked the new layout and product offerings. One odd thing about the visit- little to no interaction with any of the staff. Only the Samsung rep made any real effort to engage me during my whole visit. There were very few people shopping in the store, so it wasn't a matter of too few staff members per shopper. Maybe this is part of the new vibe? It wouldn't deter me from shopping there in the future, just surprised me. No real selling going on.”

“This place is crazy busy, especially at this time of year. I went in with basically a question and got more of an answer than I expected. Have some Airpod Pro 2 earbuds about 5 years old, one of which went through a laundry cycle. They did a diagnostic test in them and found that both buds had unrepairable noise/static in them and, even at their offer of replacements, it would be less expensive to get new ones. Maybe I will also look to buy the Apple extended warranty and then replacements will be way less expensive.”

I have a recommendation to most companies buying electronics and trying other websites besides EBAY regarding pricing items. Saving $ is self-evident.
