Armando spent a long time fiddling with it (I am not savvy enough to detail how), but he kept at it when the first couple things did not work and eventually succeeded. I love this place. Both work great, and I've ordered my third card from them, which is a MSI Gaming Trio Classic RX 7900 XTX. They very reasonable prices and a solid RMA process if you ever happen to have a problem.”

“Expected it to busy (it was) with long waits without any attention from staff. Totally the opposite and had an awesome experience. I interacted with the greeter, store manager, customer service and the salesperson (David was most excellent ) all within the first 10 minutes. The sale took 10 minutes and the overall set up about 30 minutes. Walked out with a fully working new phone in leas than and hour without an appointment.”

I was grateful because that was the fourth business that didn't have it displayed yet, and I was tired of driving around and looking. “I had great experiences at this location. First, I was shopping for a refrigerator. Laurie walked us around, answering our questions and helping us narrow down our preferences. Next was Esco. He worked the computer to find the refrigerator. He gave us a lot of information and was very friendly to talk to. Esco helped find the specific one we needed. On a second occasion, I needed to buy a new TV remote and was having some trouble due to the type of TV I have. Lauturo helped to determine which one would work. He even explained it to me, so I left with no worries. He was so nice to interact with. I really like this store. If Laurie, Esco, and Lauturo are representative of the type of employee Best Buy is looking for, then this store continues to be successful, and I'll be coming back.”

The staff members were not only friendly but also extremely helpful, eager to assist and answer questions with a smile. Their approachable and knowledgeable demeanor made navigating the store a pleasant experience.However, the pricing of the items was a different story. I was taken aback by the high cost of nearly everything on the shelves. From the latest electronics to basic accessories, everything seemed to be priced at a premium. I had hoped to find some budget-friendly options, especially in the returns clearance section, but to my disappointment, even the discounted items were quite expensive.It was surprising to see such a limited range of affordable products. As a customer hoping to find good deals or reasonably priced electronics, this aspect of Best Buy was a letdown. It seemed like the store catered more to those willing to spend a lot without considering customers with tighter budgets.While the staff at Best Buy are commendable for their friendliness and expertise, the lack of affordable options is a significant downside. For those looking for budget-friendly purchases, this might not be the best destination. However, if you're willing to spend on high-end electronics and value excellent customer service, Best Buy's staff won't disappoint.”

“The team at the printing section were literally the sweetest !! Recently we lost of puppy and I wanted to print some posters to pass out in my neighborhood. I did an online order and I realize they weren't going to be ready on time. I called and asked if they could be done sooner they told me they'll be ready in an hour, which was already great, just 10 mins after that call they called me back to let me know my order was ready. I did curbside pickup, which they were super quick and easy to find. When they brought my order out I noticed they gave me 10 extra prints of the regular size and 10 extra prints of a larger poster size, making it 20 extra prints. I'm super happy and grateful for they small act that goes a long way. We were able to pass out extras and we're taking it as a sign we're able to find our puppy. To the printing staff THANK YOU you guys are great !”
