“I had a very positive experience at Austin Regional Clinic in Round Rock. From the moment I walked in, the girl who checked me in was incredibly sweet, kind, and very patient with me since I wasn’t feeling well. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name, but she made the check-in process much easier for me.
Jerome, the PA, was also excellent. He was very patient, spoke to me with kindness, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. He truly did a great job.
Dr. Cantu was absolutely wonderful as well. She was sweet, funny, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for during my visit. She was very thorough throughout the whole process and made sure all of my concerns were addressed.
Overall, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for, even though I was feeling ill. I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism everyone showed during my visit.”
