“Huge shoutout to Kristen!! 👌
My friend was visiting Austin and needed to get joggers and hoodies for his kids. Kristen was amazing she was running all over the store helping us find the right sizes and matching sets and colours. Best part when she actually got on FaceTime with his kids to double check their sizes so everything would fit right. Seriously went above and beyond. Thanks Kristen, you’re awesome! 🙏”
“Lee and Kristen were fantastic. The helped me find exactly what I was looking for and were very knowledgeable. Never made me feel unwelcome even though I was the for like an hour trying shoe. ( I may have ther names wrong i am terrible with names)”
“Tim is one of the best at the gun counters! My husband bought a Ruger from him and I'm going to buy a shot gun. Both times he's been EXTREMELY excellent and knowledgeable. Such a good employee. I'm looking forward to buying our second gun from him at bass pro!”
“Came here looking to grab a pair of ultraboost for my girlfriend but they seemed to not have that large of a collection of shoes. We found some stuff we liked but a tad disappointed at the selection”
“A good place to shop with discounts! We bought summer clothes and winter clothes many times, and the whole family is happy. Good things sell quickly, if you like something, buy it right away because the next time you come here this item may not be there (we have done this several times). The best clothing store in this place.”
“Very nice & Professional Staff... Everyone ... Very helpful & Friendly.... Good Souls & Thank You guys for our nice Purchases... 👍🏾 👍🏾”
“We had such a great shopping experience at Under Armour today. Cory was absolutely wonderful — friendly, patient, and genuinely kind, with a big smile the entire time. Even though I tried on so many different things, she never made me feel rushed and was always happy to help.”
“We always find what we need here. From volleyball shoes for a middle schooler to dance gear, jumping ropes, pickle ball sets or balls and everything you need for sports and outdoor activities.”
“We had a wonderful experience at Famous Footwear thanks to Anthony! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. His customer service was outstanding, he patiently guided us, showed us a wide variety of shoes, and made sure to cater to our specific needs. His sense of humor was warm and genuine, making the whole experience enjoyable. Anthony also reassured us that we could return the shoes if needed, which gave us great peace of mind. Honestly, he’s one of the friendliest store associates we've ever met. Plus, the shoes we picked are fantastic and fit perfectly. Thank you, Anthony!”
“The only store in the outlet that said “Hi welcome” the 17 year old girl she’s so sweet I wish there were more people like her. Zay thank you for your great customer service we have to keep the youngest ones more.”
“Went in to get a new pair of on clouds for work, tried on a pair and a pair of Nike v5 runners. The v5s were a half size up so I decided to go with the on clouds. Went up to the register to pay and got greeted by Tierra. She lit up the room with her energy and personality and provided exceptional service! She was attentive and even offered a 10 percent discount that I didn’t know was going on. I shop for sneakers a good amount and this was the best service I have had at a sneaker store. Will be back and for sure recommend.”

“I’m in the customer service industry with BMW, and I want to thank Jacob for his great customer service, attention and focus on my issues. This kid was AMAZING, at first when greeted, I was like oh my… what does this young kid that looks like a punk, wearing crocks, colored white hair looking like he just walked straight out of a cartoon, know about feet, but sure enough, he was absolutely incredible, my bad for quick judging Jacob lol, (I’m 50 y/o, different generation) Jacob, thank you man! I was feeling great with my new shoes and insoles.
Management, please pat this kid on the back and commend him for a job well done, I will be a forever customer, especially if Jacob continues to be an associate. He truly deserved a great review.”
