“Such a wonderful vibe and very attentive business dedicated to selling cowboy hats and cowboy boots. My friends and I were visiting from NY and settled in Austin Texas for a good warm weather and fun getaway. One of our friends was very adamant on getting an authentic cowboy hat and he got one. We went to so many stores before I informed my group to go to a dedicated store for variety and this place was exactly what we were looking for. My friend got a good white gray cowboy hat that was top quality and kept his head cool for the other sunny outdoor hobbies we were about to do. Also got myself a bright ladybug red cowgirl hat and it was a good suede quality. The price was right for the quality of the hat. The only thing we didn't do was purchase the boots to go with it but am happy to come back and support this establishment again if we want to complete our whole Wild West outfits.”

“The Round Rock store has some very helpful sales associates. The sales associate I worked with today -- blond female with tattoos -- was excellent. She had a can-do attitude and helped me return an item that the store no longer carried. She has a very low-pressure sales approach but offers suggestions and comes across as trustworthy and sincere. Five stars for the store mgr -- a can-do attitude often starts "at the top" -- and the sales associates.”

“We were browsing around at round rock premium outlet mall and entered the PUMA store so my husband could buy some T-shirts. Right before that my 6 year old son had fallen and had a scrape on his hand. When we entered the store Darcie greeted us. As I was talking to my son about needing to stop running so he doesn't fall and get bruises, he turned to Darcie and asked her if she had a bandaid. Darcie quickly went to the back of the store and grabbed bandaid for him. My son was so appreciative as he think every little bruise needs a bandaid. Thank you Darcie, we appreciate you.”

“My boyfriend and I went into this location yesterday looking for a specific shoe and size. Although the store didn’t have the shoes/size available, Janelle helped us and gave us a few options so that we’d have them asap. She was so kind and helpful, I just wanted to write and let people know how much I appreciated her kindness. Since I’ve moved here from California, people haven’t been very friendly unfortunately, but Janelle was the sweetest and really took the time to help, smiled, was quick to search for options, etc. Thank you for being so awesome Janelle! “I highly recommend SAS Shoes! I have plantar fasciitis and need an orthotic shoe that could help me walk with less pain and hobbling. I chose a stylish slightly padded leather sandle which had to be ordered to fit my high arch and wide width. It arrived on the 5th business day as promised. They are the only shoes I own that allow me to walk with little to no pain. Now that I am properly sized I plan to order another pair or two on their website.”

“The store was well stocked with merchandise and had very helpful staff ready to assist. During my visit, some items on the display racks were hard to locate on the shelves and/or had the labels misplaced and I made the mistake of trying to locate the items myself, wasting time for no reason. My recommendation is, after finding the style and color of the shoes, spend no more than 5 min before reaching out to the staff and asking for assistance; Why? The space between the shelves is limited and it's a little tough to look for shoes while people are passing by... Especially when the customer is pushing a stroller. Therefore, unless the store has fewer customers, otherwise, ask for assistance to make the shopping experience less stressful. ???”
