“I recently experienced some connection issues upon moving into my new apartment serviced by Kadirnet. I called their support line, and they put in a ticket to have a technician come diagnose the issue. Although I expected a significant wait time, they were able to send someone over within two days. Al, the service technician, was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience.”
