“I am quite sure that most people do not enjoy going to have lab work done but if you have to get blood drawn, CPL is one of the better labs I have been to. The staff is friendly and efficient. The lines and the wait times are short. The team at this CPL location does a great job at making the blood work a painless as possible and gets it done quickly. As far as lab work goes, this location of CPL is my favorite.”

“First time for my audhd kid and has a phobia of needles that theyre working through. I made the appointment online weeks ago and check in was seamless even though this morning their systems were down and one of the techs was understandably overwhelmed as the small room was already full (dont think everyone was there to get their labs drawn). I gave one of the techs a heads up that my kiddo is autistic. She was a bit concerned and asked for my support which I appreciated. She walked my kiddo through every step, answered his questions with care and detail and successfully drew his blood in matter of seconds. My kiddo shared that they felt really safe despite being really nervous about it. Big shout out to the tech who worked with him with so much compassion while her partner was handling tech support at 8am on a Wednesday (8/12) morning! I hope we get her again 😅 if we come back.”
“I walked in around 11AM they have self check in kiosks, you have to have them scan your ID and insurance card on the kiosk. there is an option to manually add in your insurance card which I did due to mine being digital. Also there is an option to get help from a staff member. When I came in only two people were waiting and by the time I finished checking in, I was the only one in the waiting room. In less than 20 mins I was called with my phlebotomist being Joshua who was incredibly friendly and kind. Such a nice and easy start to my morning they made it. I highly recommend this location!”
