“I have come here for 10+ years to get my monthly blood draws. If you show up before noon, there will be a wait because of the sheer number of people who come early in the day. The staff is diligent and surprisingly efficient, especially considering the insanely high number of patients they get in the mornings. You need to sign in at the kiosk, that's how you get in the queue. I have never had a single complaint about the staff in over a decade of coming here. Sometimes my doctors don't fill things out properly, orders expire, or they get sent to the wrong location, but that's entirely on the office who sends the orders so don't yell at the CPL staff for that. They put up with so much and still serve their community with smiling faces every day. This place is a blessing.”

“Im writing this review because the person drawing my blood got it first try, I have notoriously poor veins, and this guy got it so easy. The staff at the front desk were hilarious too. If you have to get labs done, I'd trust this place.”

“When I walked in, I was greeted. I was called back within minutes of arriving. The guy who took my blood was very kind and patient. I'm normally a very hard stick but he got it on the second try. I highly recommend this place for blood work!”

“Fastest blood draw I’ve ever had. Walked in, signed in fast, only waited 3 mins to get my blood drawn by a super cool lady with tattoos and black glasses (wish I got her name). I was nervous but she made it so quick and easy. I was lucky enough to have a easy to find vein on my arm. 10/10 recommend sorry to those that had a bad experience!!”

“Highly recommend making an appointment. Those with appointments were seen within 10 minutes of their scheduled time. As a walk-in I waited at least half an hour, which was OK for me. The check-in screen doesn't offer any confirmation if your lab orders were located/received, so it seemed a person could sit and wait for a walk-in appointment only to be turned away when a clinician is ready to see them. Wasn't the case with me, but something you should be aware of when planning to come for labs. The phlebotomist was friendly and performed the task with expertise. The waiting room is pretty small and not to comfortable.”

“We’ve had the best experience with Dr. Averitt at ARC Pediatrics - Cedar Park. We had to visit during a weekend as our primary care doctor’s office is closed. Everyone at ARC was kind, professional and thorough! Our nurse was focused, patient and explained everything. Dr. Averitt asked questions, was patient and thorough. We never felt rushed and she paid attention to details! She took the time to view my son’s history prior to walking in the room. Her follow through has been amazing, great communication and hands down the best care we’ve had lately! We haven’t felt like a transaction or just another procedure. So very thankful for the care she’s provided!”
