He answered every question and was incredibly patient in explaining anything confusing. He walked me through diet, temperature parameters, habitat, water, routine, misconceptions—anything and everything leopard gecko related. I am grateful to have had his help!”

“Sean is amazing! Very impressed with his product knowledge. He doesn't rush or push. He is very kind, respectful, and thoughtful. My partner and I have been loyal customers at the Round Rock location for many years because of the outstanding customer service. Sean continues the tradition! In fact, if you're not getting amazing customer service at this store, it's probably because it's the associate's first day, and they're so nervous they can't think straight. Cut'em a break and help them relax. And then come back! 10 Stars!”

“Our family loves Tomlinson’s. The kids really enjoy playing with the foster kittens and puppies when they are there. We just discovered the greatness that is their in-store dog wash. They provide everything you need: soap, towels, blow dryer, treats, ear rinse, etc. You just bring the dog. It’s wonderful. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

We've gotten older -- Tomlinson's has gotten bigger and better. Gold stars all around for your company. Thanks for being there...”

“Wally Beds are quality products that our dog adores! He loves stretching out to sleep on the throw on our bed and then alternating with his own cuddle bed in the family room. The material is excellent quality that is soft, durable and washes nicely. We are getting a girlfriend for him soon so we are ordering more “comfy feels” to make her feel at home. The friendly personal service offered by the owner is uncommon these days and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and their products for our pets who truly deserve the best! ??”

“I went in looking for a deal. Found 2 bags of dog food for 75% off. I also had about 10 manufacturers coupons for other items. I planned to use them all and met Kai M. At the register. He had already helped me in the store and when I explained how I wanted to use coupons he was more than willing to help me and make it work. We ended up doing multiple transactions but he was friendly, patient and very positive. I love this store! I’ll be back again!!!!”

Inside Petco, 9828 Great Hills Trl, Austin TX 78759
“First time here.. and currently the only restaurant for dogs (and cats) in Texas…. But went be for long …. Tempted to try it myself, it smelled so good, but have to lead by example as they would get scolded if they ate my food without permission so I’ll not eat theirs ….Staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Food is prepped to rival even human standards. Taking meals to my dogs right now, 5-star-paw rating!!!”

“Where to even start with how much we’ve loved Austin Canine Central. We started taking our pup to ACC a couple times a week three years ago when he was just five months old, and it’s been a consistent and wonderful part of his (and our) life since then! The word “daycare” without fail makes his ears perk and run to the door for another day of play at his favorite place outside of home. The entire team at ACC is incredible and we always loved hearing who Mo played with that day — he would also always run into daycare happy and bound out when we’d pick him up like he’d had the best day of his life. We’re so grateful for the consistent care and comfort of knowing that our beloved pup was treated so well while at daycare, you can tell that the staff genuinely loves their job and the dogs they care for. Now that we’re moving out of state we only hope we can find another place that he loves as much :) Thank you for everything, ACC!!!!!”

“UPDATE - After contacting Starmark they made it right by sending a new toy for our boy that he just loves. This kind of service builds customer loyalty and we are happy with the outcome. Our previous dog just loved his Groovy Ball and had many hours of fun and enjoyment with it for 10+ years. Never an issue. We bought a Sprocket for our new dog (after our other died we got rid of all his used items) and after one use, it's covered with mold at the bottom. This is what it looks like 2 to 3 days after he started enjoying the new disc for a 15 minute play time. It's disgusting and unsanitary and I'm really disappointed.”

“We love bringing our Doberman, Drake, to PetSmart, and we always book with Alla. She is simply the best! Drake absolutely loves her, and we do too. She always does an amazing job—his ears are perfectly clean, his nails are trimmed, his coat is shiny, soft, and smells so good. He always comes home looking brand new. Alla is so kind, patient, and caring, and she has even found time for us before busy weekends when we really needed it. We truly appreciate everything she does for Drake and couldn’t recommend her more. Thank you, Alla! ❤”

“My 6mnth old puppy was a nervous wreck after he figured out I was going to have to cut his nails sometime soon so I decided to make an appointment with a professional! The groomer & her assistant were so amazing 🤩 I feel like I have a new dog. My baby isn't worried about a thing in the world now & I got him a new high value toy like they recommend in the puppy homework papers.. we couldn't have had a better outcome”
