“Our family loves Tomlinson’s. The kids really enjoy playing with the foster kittens and puppies when they are there. We just discovered the greatness that is their in-store dog wash. They provide everything you need: soap, towels, blow dryer, treats, ear rinse, etc. You just bring the dog. It’s wonderful. The staff are always friendly and helpful.”

My partner and I have been loyal customers at the Round Rock location for many years because of the outstanding customer service. Sean continues the tradition! In fact, if you're not getting amazing customer service at this store, it's probably because it's the associate's first day, and they're so nervous they can't think straight. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this team! We’ve been bringing our animals here for several years, and the trust we’ve built with them is truly priceless. Recently, we brought in our rescue dog for only her second grooming, and the level of patience, care, and understanding they showed her was beyond anything I could have hoped for.
Working with a rescue comes with its own unique set of challenges, and this team handled her with such gentleness and professionalism. They were completely prepared for her anxiety and never once made me feel bad about her behavior they simply took it in stride with calm, experienced hands.
What really sets them apart is their communication. They took the time after her appointment to talk through how it went, offer thoughtful suggestions for making her next visit even smoother, and gave me real, practical advice tailored specifically to her needs. You can tell these people genuinely love animals even the ones that are a work in progress!
If you’re looking for a groomer who will treat your fur babies like family especially if you have a nervous or rescue pet look no further. We are customers for life! ?”

“This is my favorite location to wash my dog, Onyx, who is reactive to other dogs. The staff always is so helpful and understanding. Today I washed him and the store associate, Haley, prepared a really nice little treat bag for him which I greatly appreciated. Fantastic customer service! Haley also gave me some samples of cat food to try out because they didn't carry the brand I used.”
“My furbaby has started developing little warts and bumps due to her old age, and I was nervous if she still could get fully groomed. I took her in and right away Chelsea listened to my concerns and said she would take her time and constantly evaluate her to make sure there was no stress. What an amazing job Chelsea did! She really paid great attention to detail and took awesome care of my elderly dog. I am SO happy with the outcome and thankful for this place and their wonderful employee Chelsea! My furbaby has never looked so good!”
“UPDATE - After contacting Starmark they made it right by sending a new toy for our boy that he just loves. This kind of service builds customer loyalty and we are happy with the outcome. Our previous dog just loved his Groovy Ball and had many hours of fun and enjoyment with it for 10+ years. Never an issue. We bought a Sprocket for our new dog (after our other died we got rid of all his used items) and after one use, it's covered with mold at the bottom. This is what it looks like 2 to 3 days after he started enjoying the new disc for a 15 minute play time. It's disgusting and unsanitary and I'm really disappointed.”

“Wally Beds are quality products that our dog adores! He loves stretching out to sleep on the throw on our bed and then alternating with his own cuddle bed in the family room. The material is excellent quality that is soft, durable and washes nicely. We are getting a girlfriend for him soon so we are ordering more “comfy feels” to make her feel at home. The friendly personal service offered by the owner is uncommon these days and much appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and their products for our pets who truly deserve the best! ??”
“Been taking my dog Marley for awhile now and he loves it! He is a pretty anxious dog and is hesitant around others but he is excited to go see his groomers. They are very communicative and patient. Thank you Plush Pad for trusting and taking great care of Marley! My only con is it can be pretty expensive but for my Marley it is worth it! ?❤️”
“First time here.. and currently the only restaurant for dogs (and cats) in Texas…. But went be for long …. Tempted to try it myself, it smelled so good, but have to lead by example as they would get scolded if they ate my food without permission so I’ll not eat theirs ….Staff so friendly and knowledgeable. Food is prepped to rival even human standards. Taking meals to my dogs right now, 5-star-paw rating!!!”
“Vincent and his coworker were super helpful helping my kids pick out their first hamster. We came in within 30 minutes of closing but they spent their time explaining and showing us the different hamster types and getting us all the supplies we would need.

“We adopted a female stray and needed her to be checked out, chipped and spayed as soon as possible. Dr. Wadhwani's staff was so kind and got us in quickly. Dr. Wadhwani was very knowledgeable and put us at ease- this is our first girl dog. The surgery went well, beautiful stitches, and the dog is doing great. Prices were more than reasonable. Dr. Wadhwani did the necessary bloodwork to do the best job, but didn't add on extra unnecessary stuff. Really appreciate that! I would definitely recommend the clinic for a good no frills solid experience with an experienced vet!”

“Where to even start with how much we’ve loved Austin Canine Central. We started taking our pup to ACC a couple times a week three years ago when he was just five months old, and it’s been a consistent and wonderful part of his (and our) life since then! The word “daycare” without fail makes his ears perk and run to the door for another day of play at his favorite place outside of home. The entire team at ACC is incredible and we always loved hearing who Mo played with that day — he would also always run into daycare happy and bound out when we’d pick him up like he’d had the best day of his life. We’re so grateful for the consistent care and comfort of knowing that our beloved pup was treated so well while at daycare, you can tell that the staff genuinely loves their job and the dogs they care for. Now that we’re moving out of state we only hope we can find another place that he loves as much :) Thank you for everything, ACC!!!!!”

“Though dog food is so expensive these days, I must say - this location almost always has what I need, even obscure medicated food for my fur baby with a kidney condition. Rarely are there long wait times at the register and the staff are friendly and helpful.
It’s much better than say, Petco - which almost never has what I’m looking for.”

I've been bringing my goldendoodle to PetSmart on I-35 for almost a year and Rhyse is simply outstanding. They are incredibly skilled, genuinely caring, and my boy comes out looking absolutely amazing after every single appointment. The consistency and quality of the grooming is unmatched and I will not take him anywhere else. So grateful to have found such a talented and dedicated groomer right here in North Austin. “We took our Sheepadoodle to be shaved down. He had matting after we had let his hair grow out during the winter. To make things easier for the groomer, we said do a complete shave down. Lupe would not do the groom, but Saskia agreed to do it. She did a wonderful job even though he was probably her most challenging client of the day. She is kind and friendly and I would recommend her to anyone who needs these services. Amy N”
