“I dropped into this FedEx location right before closing to ship important tax documents. I have a chronic illness that effects my brain causing some cognitive issues, so I can sometimes forget words or what I was just talking about and I tend to think out loud as well as repeat things for clarity. Michael and Marcayla assisted me without questions and I didn't feel like they were judging me. Unfortunately, I've gotten the snooty side eye on more than one occasion from folks that probably think I'm intoxicated, but that's not the case. For some reason my documents kept printing blank
Michael figured out a helpful way to get them sent from my email and he walked me through it. I'm not the most tech savvy individual. They stayed after closing until my business was concluded and my items were tucked away ready to be shipped. Kudos to both of them for having excellent customer care!!!”
“This review is specifically for Hudson, the staff member who was working alone at close on Sunday, June 22. The store closes at 3 pm on Sundays, and at 2:45 there was a line 20+ people deep. The self-service kiosk was down, so even folks with QR codes and prepaid labels had to wait in line. That was very inconvenient, and people were understandably frustrated with the wait, but Hudson was cheerful and helpful the whole time. He worked as fast as he could to work through the line, staying well after closing to get through everyone. While I hope the store will consider additional weekend staffing, I wanted to shout out Hudson for his excellent customer service under difficult circumstances ?”

“Dropped one package here and the lady in the counter is so friendly and told me the pick up time. Sure enough, when I checked my package status, it was scanned and on the way...be doing all shipping there for sure since I had a bad experience feom one of the other competitor, the package that I dropped off never showed up, thank God Amazon was so understanding, but experience has it, do your business here.”
“I placed an order for a 3x5 Vynyl Banner for my Dad's Birthday for the next day. The original store delayed the order due to understandable reasons, however, when I called the store they were able to transfer the order to the second nearest store and have my order done on time. The print quality was PERFECT. Because of their amazing customer service I was able to decorate my Dad's grave with a beautiful banner of him. ❤️ Thanks Fed Ex! I will be returning!!”
“Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.”
