12160 West Parmer Lane Ste 130, Cedar Park TX 78613
“I’ve recently visited this store several times for different reasons, from getting help with notary/Authorized Representative services to dropping off return items. I really appreciate the high-quality assistance and excellent customer service. I especially want to thank Cheyenne for her five-star service! Before coming in, I emailed with a few questions and received very prompt, detailed, and helpful responses. When I later needed assistance with something a little more complicated, she was extremely friendly, patient, professional, and thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate all of her help!”

“Something for everyone here. And the best customer service! I walked in to buy a gift but had no idea what I could get for my friend. I had a brief chat about it with the [employee, owner?] Awesome person behind the counter who recommended the perfect gift. My friend appreciated it very much, and I couldn't have found this on my own. Even if it were right in front of me, which it was. This is my first time here, but definitely not my last. Thank you!”

“Jonathan is more than helpful, he does his job with a continuous smile & great personality. His expertise is undeniable, I drive 5miles out of my way because I know that he's the best at what he does primarily for someone like me, who knows very little about shipping.”

“I’m always happy with the service I receive here. Brandon, the owner goes out of his way to give him the best price (better deal, scanning my tax documents than at UPS) and handles things quickly. One time he even stayed late for a special package I needed to send out that was after his store hours. I give 5 stars for excellent customer service and value .”
