“I Arrived at 8:55am and there were already about 10 individuals waiting for the store to open. At 9:00am sharp the young lady promptly opened the main door and executed each customer with ease along with greeting every one individually as they walked through the door. I waited in my vehicle until 9:05am and then proceeded to walk in. There were two people ahead of me. I was taken care of with professionalism within minutes. I asked the lady that was working alone her name because I was impressed with the super great job and she stated her name was Katie ☺️ I asked if I could complete a review for her because I witnessed her amazing work ethic!! “Dropped one package here and the lady in the counter is so friendly and told me the pick up time. Sure enough, when I checked my package status, it was scanned and on the way...be doing all shipping there for sure since I had a bad experience feom one of the other competitor, the package that I dropped off never showed up, thank God Amazon was so understanding, but experience has it, do your business here.”
“I had such a great experience at the FedEx inside the Walmart Supercenter, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve! From the moment I walked up to the counter, his friendly demeanor and positive energy completely changed the vibe of what could have been a routine errand. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what stood out most was his attitude. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people.
Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress free.
