“I had such a great experience at the FedEx inside the Walmart Supercenter, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Steve! From the moment I walked up to the counter, his friendly demeanor and positive energy completely changed the vibe of what could have been a routine errand. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. But what stood out most was his attitude. You can tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. Steve went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly, answered my questions with patience, and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I also want to give credit to the amazing female associate who helped me out last week(I wish I remembered her name). She was just as warm, attentive, and helpful. It’s refreshing to see people who take pride in their work and treat customers with kindness and professionalism. 10/10 experience!”
