“I Arrived at 8:55am and there were already about 10 individuals waiting for the store to open. At 9:00am sharp the young lady promptly opened the main door and executed each customer with ease along with greeting every one individually as they walked through the door. I waited in my vehicle until 9:05am and then proceeded to walk in. There were two people ahead of me. I was taken care of with professionalism within minutes. I asked the lady that was working alone her name because I was impressed with the super great job and she stated her name was Katie ☺️ I asked if I could complete a review for her because I witnessed her amazing work ethic!! She handled everything with ease and confidence.”

“This review is specifically for Hudson, the staff member who was working alone at close on Sunday, June 22. The store closes at 3 pm on Sundays, and at 2:45 there was a line 20+ people deep. The self-service kiosk was down, so even folks with QR codes and prepaid labels had to wait in line. That was very inconvenient, and people were understandably frustrated with the wait, but Hudson was cheerful and helpful the whole time. He worked as fast as he could to work through the line, staying well after closing to get through everyone. While I hope the store will consider additional weekend staffing, I wanted to shout out Hudson for his excellent customer service under difficult circumstances ?”

“Dropped one package here and the lady in the counter is so friendly and told me the pick up time. Sure enough, when I checked my package status, it was scanned and on the way...be doing all shipping there for sure since I had a bad experience feom one of the other competitor, the package that I dropped off never showed up, thank God Amazon was so understanding, but experience has it, do your business here.”
“Hello, my name is Helen and and I'm a notary, my scanner broke on me. I had a deadline to return loan documents. Jaxxon, was there instead of Liz. He saw how stressed I was, being I was so late returning my documents. He assisted me with the scanner, showed me how to upload all 140 pages to my flash drive and all with a smile. He's very polite and compassionate. H3 could have told me that he didn't have time or figure it out myself, however he was very patient and helpful then sealed all 140 pages up. God bless this young

“Small place. Friendly. Helpful. The Ups store I first went to could not print my shipping label from my phone. Ups store printers not available to use from a customer's phone either. Thankfully the Postal Annex was there to help me print my label and mail my package. Very nice place.”
