I remember when I started first coming to Discount Tire 10+ years ago, the service was so good you didn’t even want to go to a different tire shop even for a better price. That level of service has definitely been lacking with Discount Tire in recent years, BUT Bradin’s service, kindness and thoughtfulness reminds me why I continue to come back to Discount Tire. In all honesty, Discount Tire probably would have lost my business to Costco or Sam’s if it weren’t for Bradin. So, this review is really of a singular employee and not really this location, but as long as Bradin is at this location, anyone coming here looking for him will always be treated right. “I have great experience with this service center. Mr Archie Jordy. Was very helpful he provided good advice for my 2014 Nissan rouge. He not only gives me right recommendations for the service but also provides me promotional offers and told me to wait until the offer starts and i was able to save extra $100 on my total invoices.No surprise bill after service. Pre service quote are fair and good recommendations for all services. I would highly recommend this place.”
