The store is at a railroad crossing next to a large industrial site.
There is a mailbox in front and a window inside with post office boxes. The interior is know accessible during scaled back hours Compared to other post offices.”

Let’s be honest: walking into the post office can sometimes feel intimidating. Employees often act like you should automatically know the ins and outs of mailing everything, but the truth is, most of us have no idea what we're doing. Far too often, staff can get visibly frustrated with customers.
Sean was the absolute opposite. He was welcoming, kind, and completely stress-free. Exceptional customer service!”

Vickie is wonderful and each time I have a question, she thoroughly explains the protocol and options I have. I’m never left to wonder the expectations or what steps I should take next if something goes not as planned. She helped me with a PO Box and a package I had. I hope she gets a raise!”

“UPDATE: My Christmas card was delivered to my grandson Feb. 22nd, about two months after it was mailed. My faith in the USPS was restored. Make sure to fill out Missing Mail, so they can try to locate mail when it is delayed or lost.
I took a Christmas card on Dec. 24th with two gift cards for my grandson in Arizona. I asked if it would be more secure to mail the gift cards by using a Certified Mail Receipt. I was led to believe it would be tracked, and I paid an extra $6.37. At first it tracked the letter and said it was in transit, and should arrive Dec. 29th. Later it said it was in transit, and would arrive late. After16 days of being in transit, I reported it as missing mail. It has still not arrived, and that makes me feel that a post office employee took it, since it had to be signed for and was NEVER delivered. I will NEVER trust the post office again. Next time I will use FEDEX. The people in this Post Office are extremely nice, and helpful. The letter probably left the Round Rock facility, but who drove the mail to the next facility might be the problem, or if it made it to another facility, someone must have taken it there. This complaint is about my letter that was never received, not about this particular Post Office in Round Rock.”
