Since 2013, Dr. Baugh has been the trusted and beloved veterinarian for our four German Shepherds. She has guided us through every stage—from energetic puppies to wise seniors—with unwavering expertise, kindness, and genuine compassion.
What sets Dr. Baugh apart is her remarkable ability to connect not just with us, but with our dogs. All four of our Shepherds have absolutely adored her, which speaks volumes about her gentle and calming presence. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, never rushes an appointment, and treats our family members with the utmost respect and care.
The entire staff mirrors Dr. Baugh's wonderful attitude. They are consistently the most friendly, helpful, and organized team we've encountered. From the front desk to the techs, everyone makes you feel welcomed and supported.

“The doctors and staff were all amazing. We brought our dog in because of an overnight emergency and had to leave him for care. Communication was fantastic and I felt confident that they cared about my dog and everyone was so very kind, patient and empathetic with us. We are so happy they were able to successfully help Mordecai and that our little bug is home with us.”
“The staff is amazing and so friendly! From the front desk staff to the vets and vet techs! I’m always so stressed and nervous when I take my cats to the vet because they hate going but the vet and vet techs did an incredible job of making my babies feel safe and loved. Their bed side manner is on point!! You’d be surprised at how many vets don’t care about that and are strictly business. They provide treats for your fur baby and are sweet and gentle. They also accept care credit which makes payment so much easier. My cats were worn out this morning and let me sleep in for the first time in a while lol. I highly recommend!!! Thank you guys for being so great to me and my cats! ❤️”
“My pet was sick and I didn't know why. They took me in at the last minute. Ran tests to figure out what was going on and took care of all the questions. They gave me meds for her needs and had special food for her on site.. Sent me home with my cat and had her feeling much better. Thank you.”

The techs were great with her and the vet took extra time out of her day to research my dogs platelet disease to make sure she had gave the right recommendations. My favorite vet by far.”

“The level of care I’ve received here truly feels like the highest quality. Communication is always incredibly fast, and every staff member I’ve interacted with is empathetic, patient, and genuinely caring.
A special shout-out to Dr. Carter for the wonderful work he has done with my senior pup, Mocha, especially when she fell very ill after ingesting spoiled food, and through the many tooth extractions that followed. His calm demeanor and deep knowledge have helped me make the best decisions for her, and he consistently goes above and beyond to provide thoughtful updates and clear communication. In moments that feel especially vulnerable, this level of care makes a world of difference.
My kitten hasn't seen Dr. Carter yet, but is also a current client here, and that says a lot about how much I trust this team. I’ve moved farther away and logistically it would make sense to switch vets, but I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you for everything!”
