“Chris P. was very friendly and helpful. He left the customer service desk to help me look for some flip top totes. I also noticed that the majority of the employees in this store will greet you and ask if they can assist you with anything.”

“Nas was amazing, took down the information, did some homework with the manufacturer and was able to get me the answers I needed. I was able to order it over the phone with a credit card and the product will be here in about a week. Thank you for representing a company well! Glad to know that I have a new favorite plumbing supply store.”

“Pricilla and James went above and beyond to help this VETERAN. The manager is also a vet and I appreciate all the people here. I have seen a huge change in customer service in the past year! Great job! Energy feels a lot more electrifying! Thanks for the food during contractor week! Thanks for helping the veteran contractors!”

“I just wanted to leave a quick review about one of your workers Justin. He was FANTASTIC! He was so kind to me when he was getting orders together and helping me find what I needed! Justin mentioned he is also in college and working! He is juggling school and work!? With such a great attitude and passion for his work! WOW! Just WOW! What a great kid! Need more hard workers like him! I will always go to this Home Depot as long as Justin is there working!!”

“I went to home Depot, and I'm female and someone actually looked me in the eye, and someone actually said can I help you. When I go to home improvement stores I'll be come invisible somehow my superpower wore off, they actually saw me. Going to Lowe's has taught me you need to bring your own man but I felt like a celebrity, I heard excuse me Miss can I help you I'm like do they think I'm somebody else or what. I'm so thankful home Depot you did a great job of acknowledging me and making me feel like I guess I'm not a ghost when I walk through those doors. Thank you home Depot rowlett you did a great job.”
