He understood why I had to return some of the items, and made me feel like a valued customer. He processed my returns from separate dates, explained the process and provided receipts and a gift card, due to a system error in not reading a multipack purchase. I am grateful that he was the one who took care of me.”
“I live in Mesquite but I was in the area and I stopped in to look for some things (mobile accessories and pricing on Washer/Dryer) and had the BEST customer service I’ve ever received from an employee named Richard! He was so well versed on all my questions and extremely patient. I will come back to this Best Buy location just for him! Thank you Richard, you are the absolute best! “People are nice and I can always find what I am looking for. Lowes didn't have 2x12 pieces of lumber. I thought that was strange. Maybe bc it was my first experience but I thought the lumber was in much better condition. Also, their paint selection is better.”
