“Always enjoy shopping at this store. I appreciate being able to order online using the Michaels app then using the easy and accessible in store pick up feature. My only suggestion would be having more than one person available at checkout. Since the end of the holidays every time I've been to this location there is only one person working the register and a wait of 3 or more shoppers waiting to check out. It would be appreciated by myself as well as other customers to have an employee that is working the floor who could step in as an extra cashier on an as needed basis.”

“After multiple trips to this store and multiple phone calls with customer service involving a warranty issue with a PlayStation I bought I stopped by 1 more time yesterday to try again. When I came in Kathryn was very helpful and friendly throughout a fairly complicated problem caused by an issue with an error at the time of the original purchase. She was able to find a fix to my problem within a few minutes and got me back up and running. Despite the difficulties prior to this, super grateful for her help and patience with my issue!”

“I Love shopping at Michaels and have ever since they went by Michaels MJ Design. I stopped in for some yarn and crochet hooks especially since they were on sale but there wasn't a great variety of colors for the yarn I needed well let's just say there were 4 colors. There was no staff available on the floor to ask if they had any questions too and the ones at the registers were too busy to help. I'm giving this 4 stars for the lack of stock during a sale and being it was before the holidays there should have been more staff to help people find things and answer questions. Other than that it would definitely have been a 5 star review and the staff at the registers were very helpful and friendly even though they were extremely busy they had smiles on their faces.”
