Drove nearly 3 hours one way to pick it up only to find one of the items cancelled (even though they had 3 perfectly fine ones on the shelf) and the other was an extremely damaged item that they wrapped and tapped up in paper. It’s the large raven on their website that is literally missing a whole leg.

I sent the battery and charger for further diagnosis .Alonso founf battery was faulty and sent out another one.even after 30 days from purchase they solved the problem without sending me to the wilderness of manufacture warranty.
