“When I tell you Mr Norman is the man, he is the man. Never painted a car before but my 2011 vw jetta's clear was fading and paint also. I went in and to make sure the paint was the correct color he used his little machine that took pictures of my paint. I decided to use rattle cans and the job came out better than expected. I traveled from McKinney to see Mr Norman and he gets it right every time. Love this man. He really treats you like family.”

“I highly recommend checking these guys out. I took on a project having zero experience with HVLP guns or multi step paint processes. I checked this place out cause it was close and was very satisfied with the service and patience. They talked with me for a couple hours over multiple days, explaining products and processes. I went in with a Benjamin Moore paint color and he was able to match it perfectly. Will definitely be returning for future projects”
“This is a great paint store for contractors with large orders and for individuals who are DIY'ers. They are very helpful with questions, and answer them in a way that's easily understood. Jorge is the manager and he's willing to help any way he can, including carrying paint out to your car. All the staff are great, plus they sell a great product. “They have great management from the sales managers down. They’ll make sure you get a great deal and that you’re satisfied. If they don’t have what you need in stock they will happily order it in for you. The store has an industrial feel but as a homeowner they still have what you need. “I came in earlier this week to get some touch-up paint for my parents' home. Matthew was incredibly helpful and friendly. He efficiently mixed about 6 different paint colors and finishes for me and gave me guidance on blending the new paint onto older paint on the walls. My touch-ups looked great, and I could not be more happy with my experience. Nicely done, Matthew!”

He was assertive and confident about which one , even though we were debating. He was 100% right about which one and the tone is perfect, couldn’t be happier. “Gate opens about 6:45am. Receiving office is immediately to your left inside the gate by the 3 docks. If you're delivering in a van one of those docks is probably where you'll unload. It's a bit tight but doable.”

I ended up getting 5 gallons for a pretty good price and some tips when I’m painting. This is what I called great customer service and it’s best. I will be back for the other paint I need soon!”
