“After getting the run a round at Walmart in Greenville yesterday when I was trying to buy four new tires, I called this place. Carlos gave me a price for four used tires for my van. I showed up about 30 minutes ago and Carlos showed me the tires he quoted to me. They were even better than I expected for the price! Easy decision. The guys worked efficiently, not wasting any time getting my old, crappy tires removed and installing the “new” used ones.
So happy I ignored the bad reviews and gave these guys a shot at my business. Besides marrying my wife, this is one of the better decisions I have made! Sometimes, you just have to trust the person your speaking with and ignore the negativity.

“I came by with a real messed up tire. Once my car was off the wrecker these guys got me a used tire for a decent price. The swap was very quick. I asked to see the old tire for the cause of the flat and the tech showed me the old tire, the damage and explained the cause. I'll be back next time I need new tires! Thanks!”

They didn’t have my exact tire, but he met me halfway and ended up with a better tire for a just a fraction more. He also went out of his way to help me with a rebate that didn’t automatically come off of the pricing when I paid. I asked after the transaction was already ran but he followed up with me promptly and amount was refunded. I left very satisfied with my service.”

“Jenna has crazy, amazing-outstanding customer service!!! She took the time over the phone to get me a same day appt for alignment, tire balance/rotation, and oil change. Gave me the quote and told me to come on in. I arrive, place is packed full of customers, however they were able to get me in. She prepared me over the phone that it might take 1.5-2hrs. it did and when I got back they had my truck ready, made recommendations for services that may be needed in the future, and gave me financing options and also provided me with info on upcoming sales that might benefit me!!! Wow!!! Well rounded!!! They also provided me with a detailed receipt and printed and emailed me everything they had done and also their recommendations. John was also an associate that assisted me with my transaction. He too was very professional and answered all of my questions and explained in detail, the what and why, of their recommendations!!!
