“All my dealings with the Extra Space employees on Franklin in Mesquite have been more than great. I love the upgrades they've been doing and how clean they keep the whole place it's amazing. They always seem to care and go out of their way to make things work. Keep up the good work !!! Just wanted to add an update to this former post that I needed to contact Extra Space about changing my address and had questions about some pricing on a few of my units. I spoke with Crystal who is always so friendly and helpful and needless to say she helped me with everything and was also able to help with discounts Savin me money. “Gotta give a HUGE shout out to Adam Vinson at Penske Garland. Been using Penske almost every month for the last 2 years and it has been GREAT... Then in a 48 hour period... 2 employees we so miserable I was shopping to switch trucking companies... Before I did I spoke with Adam and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes. Funny how the resolution of a poor experience likely won Penske a customer for life. Adam is the man!”
“We rented a trailer from U-Haul. It was definitely an older trailer and I was a bit concerned. It turned out to be great. We drove quite a few miles to pick up some furniture and return home with it. The trailer was fine and made it through the trip. The folks at Bunting Marine were great and very helpful. I actually returned it to Wylie East Self Storage because Bunting Marine was going to be closed for a few days due to the Christmas holiday. Sharon at WESS really took care of us with the return. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!”

“Always very professional. I have used Capps several times over many years. I have never had a problem with the vans i rented or the people. Occasionally, there has been an issue with van availability but I guess that's what you get when you run your business well. my latest rental was with 15 passenger Ford Transit vans. They drove really well and performed flawlessly. We got a little over 14 MPG. Not bad. We will use Capps again in the future.”

“I just wanted to say that this location took care of my sister and myself! Both U-haul reps working on Sunday were amazing! LaPatra was sweet and kind and Chandler was the real MVP! Had an issue with our reservation that was implemented by another location and my sister and I had to pick the truck and trailer from the Sunnyvale location and something ended up messed up with our drop off due to having an out of town drop off. Chandler went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed! I and so grateful for Chandlers help, he made all of this easy! I even had to call back today and Chandler was willing to hear me out and solve another issue I had today! I will be using this location again as they are extremely helpful and have amazing customer service!”
“The box truck was very well maintained. We had absolutely no issues at all. Perhaps a bit surprise on how much gas it took to fill it up, but very pleased, the full tank got us to our destination. The blankets and dollie came in very useful.”

“Great location especially if you have trailer you can drop on lot if you need any repairs. Mechanics are straight forward; you will probably have a wait but you instantly get choice for break room or go back home for further details. My idea spot for dropping of a truck for repairs and finding a bigger enough spot in the Dallas area to drop my trailer until repairs was finished.”

“In case you didn't know there is a hidden gem inside this gas station. Taqueria El Chino is located inside and has excellent food. They used to be located in Lewisville but recently moved here. They have agua fresca's the strawberry lime is my favorite.”
