3218 S Farm to Market 548, Royse CityI had an issue with the car hauler I had and it couldn't be used. U-Haul searched the area and found what we needed at Pinky's. It was 103 in the shade. As soon as I walked in they knew who I was, got me fixed up and out the door with zero hassle. For what would normally be a stressful event, it was actually pleasant. I couldn't recommend Pinky's more.

She always explains everything so clearly and will make you feel good about any treatments. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this practice to anyone wants the best for their pet.

They use VIBRATION (not shock) collars and even train with the beep function. Once my dog learned the commands, he doesn’t even need the collar. The training also translates well to the spot on GPS vibrate collars if that’s something people are interested in later for dogs on larger properties or by major roads. The training was the best decision we made for our dog!

7452 TX-66, Royse CityI boarded my cat Luna here for a week for Christmas while I was out of town. I was worried due to it being her first time being boarded, and her natural anxiousness around new people. I could tell when I picked her up that she had been... less than pleasant to deal with (she's typically not mean, just doesn't like people bothering her). But everyone there was super nice and friendly. They showed nothing but understanding and reassured me that she wasn't bad at all. I could tell they genuinely cared about the animals they were taking care of, and I'm so glad that I chose them to watch over her! They kept her well fed and everything, and she came back happy to see me!

Royse City Animal Shelter
1101 N Josephine St, Royse CityI adopted a small kitten from this shelter. They were all very nice and informative. I was able to take my time and get to hangout with the kittens and kind of get to see how they acted before choosing. The ladies there were incredibly knowledgeable about each of the babies. They had medication records, sent home meds and had an appointment set up for a future neuter. Awesome place. They also sent home a new pet kit that had some treats, toys, information, and contact number for any emergencies or other related needs.
