Lane Larry DVM
610 S State Hwy 78, FarmersvilleI went to a few places when I got my puppy trying to find the right place for him. I found this one and never left. They always accommodate a scared new mom. They always fit me in and made sure to put my concerns at ease. He's now 10 months and just doing follow ups as needed. They continue to be courteous and professional.

Kilo and Frei K-9, LLC
Co Rd 664, FarmersvilleI cannot recommend this company enough. They have worked miracles with both my babies. I would give infinite stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When we showed up Sargent was 6 months old and hated the leash. He was all over the place fighting it with all he had. He literally jumped and bounced like a rabbit. As he ate his food - his was constantly moving his feet. He was a go go go type baby. Go til he dropped. He is a big ole baby with lots of feelings that he wears on his shoulders. So much love is in this baby. He makes my heart happy. His breeder did a lot of bite work with him. I could lay my head in his mouth while he was eating and he wouldn’t care.
Loona was 10 weeks when she left for school. She could already sit but was head strong. She was a decent leash walker and loved to play. She is a people pleaser and the perfect age to train. Her breeder had worked with her and it showed.
They were at “boarding school” for a month. In 30 days Aaron and his family worked miracles. Sargent still gets a bit distracted but he is able to leash walk now. He is not all over the place trying to drag me across the world. That alone is worth the training and time away. Loona doesn’t lead with her teeth now … although she still gives baby nips.
Aaron and his family not only taught my animals but also taught me. They have been an invaluable resource and shoulder to lean on. They are quick to respond when you reach out. They are honest about what your animal can do, as well as, what are appropriate goals. They educate about the breed - the good, bad, ugly. They teach with positive reinforcements. They care about what they do and every animal that crosses their threshold.
If you are looking for someone to help you with your pet - maybe it’s basic training? maybe it’s advanced training? do you need 1:1 training or group training? They have many options to choose from and will help you make the best choice for you and your pet.
I can with high aspirations for by babies and it is a long road to get them there. I am in no rush and as I told Aaron; if all I get out of this is basic obedience - it is money well spent (and honestly that is all I expected). However, they blew me away with how far my babies have come from day one to day 30.
We will be going back to start scent training.
I trust them 1000% percent with my animals and all I can say is …..
BEST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT!
Reach out to them - you will be happy you did!!!! ?

Cedar Hollow Winery & Vineyard
540 Co Rd 698, FarmersvilleWe found this winery as part of the Harvest Host program - they allowed us to spend the night in our RV in exchange for our business. We liked it so much we went inside three times - once for flights and a generous charcuterie board, once for dinner, and again to purchase bottles to take home. We enjoyed meeting Dewayne and chatting briefly before he got pulled away to the production facility which is attached to the dining area.
First, the grounds are lovely. Even in the rain, the gravel drive and parking lot didn’t get muddy. Ponds, green grass, trees - it’s a nice place to just hang out. They seem to have chosen various tables and chairs and stained glass lamps and lights which make for an interesting esthetic. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the decor. Outdoor seating (covered and uncovered) was just as interesting but we had had enough humidity for one day!
The wines: this place is a sweet wine lover’s dream. I like the whole range of wines from very sweet to very dry, and all six wines I tried were good. For a sweet lover, I recommend the Blackberry Bam-a-lam and the warm caramel. I should have tried more non-sweets but switched to non-alcoholic for dinner and enjoyed the fun of a Shirley temple! All recommended!
The food: they have found a real gem with Chef Maria. We have no complaints. We ordered the chef’s scratch made special - cowboy butter chicken over mashed potatoes with green beans. Amazing. 15/10 would recommend. The special coconut cream cake was just as good. We couldn’t finish our food, having just had the aforementioned generous charcuterie earlier in the afternoon, and we were given reusable plastic to go containers.
In the evening we enjoyed live music before calling it a night. We enjoyed the weekend getaway and would recommend this place for an long afternoon or evening to chill and relax.
Free WiFi is available onsite as well as multiple clean restrooms and a swing set for the kids. Or adults, no rules when there’s wine!

Wood And Time Smokehouse BBQ
101 Candy St Apt A, FarmersvilleTHIS IS *THE BEST* BBQ!
I had sliced brisket, half lean/ half moist and they were both outstanding! I love their sauce and that is saying alot because I am very picky. I never have liked sauce from any bbq place but theirs is over the top delicious!
A perfect blend of savory, sweet, slightly smoky and spicy... none stands out above the others and there's a hint of fruitiness.
We took ours next door to eat in the Wine and Beer Garden at Market Affair... a wonderful experience!

Charlie's Old Fashioned Kitchen
201 S Hamilton St, FarmersvilleIf ordering to go, definitely check that your order is made correctly. Was so hungry that I didn't realize something is missing on my burger until after eating a good portion of it. Not a drop of guacamole on this thing.
