It was his first time at a professional groomer and though he's used to being bathed at home with no issue, I was nervous how he may react with strangers. When I arrive I was greeted by a friendly receptionist that confirmed notes left by my partner to refrain from trimming his nails as we do that routinely at home. Our groomer met us at reception and with this being his first professional grooming asked a few questions about Rowan to understand expectations and reassured me that Rowan is in good hands which was much appreciated.
Once I arrived to pick him up the groomer reported that he did amazing and answered additional questions I had to assist with deaheading as the seasons change.
Overall I'm very satisfied with our experience and how handsome he looked after his grooming.

(You really have no idea) I attempted to correct each day for a week to no avail. Finally in tears called and left a message with pampered pets. Annette... was so calm and asked, " can you bring her now?" ABSOLUTELY!! She kept the little gremlin for only 2 hours and returned a new dog to me!! Beautiful job!! Thank you! Thank you! 707 Parker Rd, WylieI absolutely love this vet’s office. Everyone here is kind, professional, and clearly cares about both pets and their people.
We had an appointment with Dr. Abraham yesterday, and it reminded me how friendly, knowledgeable, and patient he is. I never feel rushed during appointments, and he always takes the time to answer my questions and explain things clearly.
We’ve also seen Dr. Howard and Dr. Meyers and have had great experiences with them as well. The vet techs are wonderful too and are always kind, gentle, and so sweet with our dogs.
The front office staff is fantastic. Scheduling appointments, requesting records, and getting information is always easy, and their email responses are consistently fast and helpful. It's actually shocking to me how quickly I hear back from them!
We feel very lucky to have such a trustworthy and caring veterinary team. Highly, highly recommend!

I just had to put my dog Duke down... after months at another prominent Vet in Wylie who strung me along for over 2 months with tests and medication well over $2K... It took Lake Lavon $300 to do a biopsy and let me know the truth. Duke is gone now, but some of it could have been prevented. I wish I knew about them sooner! Highly Recommended. All my other dogs will be going there now...

It was my first time there, so I was offered a sample of their German Sausage, which was AMAZING!! Then I sampled a small bite of the ribs and then the brisket!! OMG!!!! Let’s just say that I walked out with an order of ALL 3!!! I’ll definitely be back to experience a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with INCREDIBLE BBQ!!!

It was their 2 year anniversary when we went on Sunday, got to meet the owner I think. Nice guy! I am happy they are having success. Tap room is great! We bought chips and salsa as a snack and whoever makes that Salsa, the Yellow Salsa... it is one of the best salsa's we have ever had. She was so personable, fun and attentive. It was definitely a busy night and the dining area was crowded and I believe she may have been the only one upstairs. Our service was prompt, friendly and she always had a smile on her face. The food was delicious with generous portions. Probably the best dining experience we’ve ever had there! Well done! We will be back soon!
