“Jakes is the best little gas station in Jacksonville. Its clean, has a hospitable staff, has a wider than average variety of goods, an abundance of gas lanes, modern amenities such as debt and wifi, is spacey and open inside, has beer and wine, a huge variety of beverages, lotto smokes, and anything one could want at a quick serimvice station. When we are in town I always swing in and get those good vanilla cappachinos before I hit the road back to San Antonio.”

“I have only been there once, but that’s all it took for me to know ( I would go regularly if I was close or went in that direction) the food smelled great and tasted great, the store was clean and neat, the service was top notch. I took my grandsons in there on Mother’s Day and they walked in and ( yelled out as we walked in”wow it smells good in here pawpaw”.) so if a 6 and 5 year old noticed, then you will too. So if your in Rusk TX don’t sell yourself short, stop by, grab a bite, fill your fuel tank and I bet you will 5star them too.”

“This Brookshire Brothers Store #22 in Rusk is far and above all the other Brookshire Brothers stores we have been in. It is clean, all the time, the staff is exceptionally friendly, the cashiers are awesome, always friendly and quick at checking. Carol and Rebecca are two of the ladies who ask consistently if we found everything, do we need help with anything. The only issue we have is with one young man who bags the groceries. He is slow as molasses! Other than that one young man, we couldn't ask for more out of our store in Rusk. The pharmacy is amazing! I try to always give them at least one or more day's notice before I need my medicine, but even if I have a new one I need right away, they do their best to get it to me as quick as possible. Great place to shop in Rusk!”
