“Today I visited uBreakiFix repair place in Garland, Tx. The repair person greeted me and was very kind. He was professional and assisted me with what I initially thought would be a repair of the top glass on my phone. However, it was an easier fix than anticipated. My screen protector was the only thing cracked. He quickly removed it and placed a new one on my now better looking screen iphone. Thanks for you for your kind and quick service.”

“Had an 5 star experience on September 5, 2023 . Both guys were very helpful. Customer service was great and they answered all of our questions. But on September 6, 2023 my wife went back to drop off the old phones and the customer service was totally opposite and the guy wasn’t helpful at all . The guy on September 6, 2023 was definitely not working on September 5, 2023 . September 6 , 2023 gets a 1 star experience”

“I loved the staff . Very very welcoming . When I went in with my brother right after work, we came in to fix something and they were very cooperative with us. Alexis and Melanie were on the clock when we arrived there and right when we walked in they greeted us with a smile and we just felt welcomed , they helped us out with everything we needed . Plus I added like 1,000 questions and Melanie kindly answered all of them which I appreciated very much . 100/100 service!! . Melanie and Alexis were very patient with us and that’s what most customers need when it comes to receiving help so I really appreciated their enthusiasm and hope you guys get to meet them if you go there”
