“Vanessa went out of her way for over 4 hours to help me. I had already been to 2 other cricket stores earlier and then was sent to hers. Her commitment and outstanding customer service has been AMAZING!! I have never experienced such patience and dedication anywhere else. Cricket is lucky to have such a wonderful employee! I specifically asked to speak with her higher ups as she should be given a big RAISE!! Anyone else would have told me “sorry they can’t help” and some actually did. In fact Vanessa is the one that came up with the solution that actually fixed my phone issue, and we tried calling helpdesk and other cricket avenues who could not or would not help. “I enjoy coming here the place is clean and neat and there is an attendant available from open to close. I Don’t really like how some of the parents let their children run all over the place and climb on top of the washers but that has nothing to do with the place itself it’s all about good parenting and most of these children’s parents are the real children! Thats why I started coming between 7am and 9am...it’s the best way to avoid their bad asses! There are chairs for days! See how she ALLOWS the behavior! You can see it but her 2 to 3 years old daughter is standing in front of her! She saw her brother climb up like Spider-Man so she joined in!”
