This time was way different. Heather took the time to help me, explain my options and even called customer service for me. She truly was amazing and I appreciate customer service like that because it's pretty rare these days. I ended up just getting a different phone because I couldn't stand the one I had. But on September 6, 2023 my wife went back to drop off the old phones and the customer service was totally opposite and the guy wasn’t helpful at all . “I recently changed over from a satellite dish to High-Speed Internet and received an unexpected level of after the sale customer service. After Tanner Howard, at the Plano Texas store explained the features of High Speed Internet to my wife and me he offered to come to our home on his own time and walk me through the setup of four TV’s. The store closed at 8:00PM. It was 9:00PM before he was able to lock up and drive to North Dallas. Tanner was there until 11:30PM and then had an hour and half drive home. I can’t thank him enough.KC Kinney.”
