“Personal customer service! I recently had knee replacement and while I can drive it’s not possible to get in and out of my car and bring in packages at this time. The first time the sweet lady that works there saw me coming in, met me more than halfway to my car and got my package for me, scanned it and brought me my receipt. She also suggested that I call when bringing packages and someone would come to the car and assist me going forward while I’m unable to do it myself. I’ve been several times and the young men helping me have been helpful and kind as well. I just love Love LOVE my Heath UPS store! Thanks for everything!!!

Many of the objects were awkward or difficult shapes and they told us all our choices for packing them up and helped us find the best options for each thing. From buying Polaroid & 35mm film to various bits of camera gear and specific batteries retailers do not carry; they have practically everything you'd need.
All of the staff are extremely courtous and know a lot about photography, analog gear and history regarding camera and film manufacturers.
If your stopping by in Dallas and need gear or film I would heavily recommend hitting them up.

They were able to get 50 booklets printed and bound before the end of the day so I could pick them up and shipped overnight. Great service and their pricing was fair not insane markups like UPS, FedEx and other print shops I had reached out to. Will definitely use them again if needed.”

“Employees were helpful and fruendly, ocation is nice. However they now charge $2.81 to print the return shipping label for me. I've never had to pay before when returning a package. Is this new? Does it vary by location? I would have printed it myself (and paid a reasonable copy fee) but their machines cannot read a USB.”
