I happened to go into Saginaw Furniture Store about 6 or 7 months ago when I was going through one of the worst times of my life & I met Stephen Ferreira & no clue he was the owner & I didn’t find what I was looking for so I went back a couple weeks ago & as soon as I walked in he said hi to me by my name & welcomed me back & I was blown away that he remembered who I was & that’s just 1 thing that sets “Home Town Stores” aside from all the rest & I’ve been in Customer Service/Sales my entire life and Trust Me That Means Something, Everything To People! Needless to say I purchased a Dining Room Set & the Delivery Service Was Also Top Rate! As I mentioned I’m Still Going Through A lot and forgive me for not remembering the 2 gentleman’s names but they were fast, professional and extremely knowledgeable and Kind! That’s something that’s sadly as Rare as Common Sense now days is Kindness! Thank You Stephen & Your Amazing Group Of Workers For Keeping Saginaw Feel Like That Small Town Feeling It Once Was!
