They have a progressive, ethical approach that takes the dog’s comfort level into mind and are working with me to help my dog become more comfortable at the clinic. “Loved that my boy was so well taken care of! This is one of the few places that you can board your pet cat while you're out of town. I absolutely loved the smooth drop off and pick up process. We got the luxury suite for our boy and he was so happy every time they took him out for cuddles and exploring. We just picked him up today and he was so sweet and happy on the way home. “I’m a loyal customer at this store. It is well stocked and fairly priced and I love the grooming area in the back of the store. I recommend getting the dog bath punch card if you do take your dog somewhere outside of your home to be groomed.
The staff can occasionally be slow when it comes to curbside orders. I’ve learned to go in and ask for a pickup order versus using their mobile option and waiting for someone to bring it out. The last two times I’ve tried curbside, it appeared no one was looking for those notifications because when I came in to get it after waiting a while, the staff was chatting with each other in the front of

“Fur Baby Grooming has been a great find for us. Our cocker spaniel is very timid and at every other groomer, she starts shaking as soon as we walk in the door and cowers between my feet. At Fur Baby, she walks right in and willing follows them to the back with no shaking. She's still not a fan of being groomed but I have peace of mind knowing that she's not terrified. The service is quick and always what I have requested.”

“I love Pam! She is very patient and kind to all animals as well as their owners. I don't mind that it might take her awhile to call me back. She owns the business, she can set her own hours. She took care of my little poodle years ago and now she takes care of my golden retriever mix. She is very thorough and he always looks so good when she finishes with him. I am always pleased when I pick him up and he likes to go to see her.”
“First time visit at petco. Crystal and Dr. Biden our were excellent and informative. They were attentive to my cat and the service was great. The one thing I did not like was that they suggested an x-ray, which I would have liked to get done if it didn't cost $500 just for the x-ray. This price is absolutely ludicrous. I would expect that from an emergency vet but not a regular one. This price is not feasible for clients looking for pet care, and beyond what I am willing to pay. So the service here is great, I like that I got a coupon for a free exam, but the prices are high here and I will not be returning due to this. I want to emphasize again the service and people were great but the prices are not affordable.”

“I don't mind if you make a mistake as a business as long as you make it right and this company did!!! In a very big way!! My 6 year old had a flock of chickens as pets that were killed recently by a dog. She was devastated and I have been very troubled in trying to track down some replacements. I was told by the Granbury location to be at their location at 8am or I would miss the opportunity to get any baby chicks. I took time off from work and showed up in the pouring rain to be there 10 minutes early so as not to miss the opportunity. To my surprise no chicks! Cathy did apologize to me and said they normally don't do this but I would be put on a list and the first call when they come in the next day. Next day came and no call. So next morning I reached out again and to my surprise I was told all the chicks had sold. They apologized again and agreed they had dropped the ball but I would have to wait another week for a new shipment : ( I decided to start calling every Russel's location and drive any distance for my daughter. My 1st call was the Weatherford location, Rock answered and I explained the situation. He offered to call and find me the chicks! I couldn't believe it and in just a few minutes I was contacted by corporate who had located some in Haltom City. Jessica and Cassandra from that location allowed me to pick the breeds and drove them to Granbury so I could pick them up closer to home. I’m so impressed with how these locations all came together to take care of me and make things right for my daughter. They have won my business for life!!!”
“Based on my visit today I give them five stars! They had a lot of feed and supplies, but I actually stopped for firewood. Which they DID have some! However, I need it to smoke meats so this type of wood wasnt exactly what I wanted for my brisket.The employees were friendly though and went above and beyond to help me out! The pallet of wood in my picture was priced over $200 for the whole thing (I was told that’s the only way to buy it), and the older/brittle logs are priced for $1/log. Unfortunately I don’t have a pick up truck for transport of the pallet, and then my husband told me these were not the logs he wanted anyway. No biggie!Oh! I’ve bought pest spray from here (yellow top, attaches to your hose) and it works miracles. We ultimately ended up going with a pest service though since we were spending alot to keep them from overtaking our house (this year was worse than normal).”

“Friendly staff, clean environment. The store itself is really organized and well stocked. Minus a star because there are codes to use the public bathrooms (which aren't that clean) and also no cart stalls so you have to bring your cart back to the front of the store. It's really inconvenient when you are leaving your pet and kids in the car alone and it's hot”

“We had to say goodbye to our precious baby and could not stand to see her beds on the floor without her in them. I called the shelter and they were extremely caring and understanding. They accepted our used dog beds, coats, toys, and leashes as donations and will use them to help other dogs in need. That meant everything to us in that moment. They were so kind when we were vulnerable and aching and I will forever be grateful for that.”
