“Sometimes you just need a neighborhood hardware store and Elkins is just that. Not every job calls for the big box stores, the staff at Elkins are friendly and helpful and willing to offer options for solutions that may still direct you away from their store. They are the ace in the back pocket for that one- or two-off item(s) you may need.”

“Chris and his team are exactly the kind of people you want to work with. They are kind, honest and always focused on the customer experience. Joe Rider Propane is exactly what you think of when you think of a true Texas company. They want you to be part of their family and a customer for life. They focus on their true values and take care of their people. We had a unique situation and Chris always made himself available. 10/10 would recommend!”

“I’ve had such a great experience with suburban propane. They have all been so great. Andrea in the office is the sweetest, Tim came out and checked everything for me and he was so great! Felix did our first fill and was punctual and timely. I’ve just appreciated everything so far!”

“Pinnacle Propane provides excellent customer service. They took my order to refill my propane tank and the driver came out the next morning. David Mars was exceptionally polite and helpful. I was having trouble with the lock on our gate and he immediately stepped in and helped. He was not familiar with lighting our pilot light for the gas fireplace but called someone else to get instructions. He then explained the procedure thoroughly. My wife and I appreciate his taking the time and extra steps to make sure we had the best customer experience. He is a great asset to the company.”
