“My son and I went to their spring time kids craft where he got to color a birdhouse, but they staff went above and beyond to make us and the event feel welcome, including offering snacks and drinks and wrapping all the picnic tables in crate paper so that kids could freely color without worry of damaging the furniture. “I visited Corey in the sthil section & talked about how I need to upgrade to a larger saw (due to a large tree split). I didn't buy one that day. I researched all other sthil dealers & bought an ms271 from Murdocks ,because they had 175.00 off. I returned it within days of buying it (4 others had returned ms271) to murdocks credit they refunded my money. I then went straight to Ace & got the ms261 (which is what Corey suggested in the first place). Im so so happy with this saw. The customer service was excellent!!”
