Westlake Ace Hardware is a helpful place for hardware, plumbing, tools, grills, and garden items. The store is nice with a pretty decent selection, including healthy plants and small plumbing parts. Staff are always friendly, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to help. It is easy to get help, offering a personal touch and more employees on the floor than big box stores. Customers find it an excellent go-to and their favorite hardware store, highly recommending it for its quality products and helpful service.
Great employees and environment. I just feel they are maybe understaffed because I have had a hard time finding a employee I can ask questions to, always busy or can't find one. Also I once made an online order and did curbside pickup but it did take a while for someone to bring out my order. Other than that, great place.
