“It's an old store, looks a little rough from the outside, the inside is pretty crowded when you walk in but it gets a little better. Bottom line they had a big toolbox I needed and the employees were super helpful to get me taken care of, loaded the box in my van with a forklift and let me throw the cardboard away after I unpacked the toolbox.”
“Great employees and environment. I just feel they are maybe understaffed because I have had a hard time finding a employee I can ask questions to, always busy or can't find one. Also I once made an online order and did curbside pickup but it did take a while for someone to bring out my order. Other than that, great place.”

“I'd been looking for a Dado blade but didn't remember the actual name because I'd shopped there when I was a remodeling contractor, I asked the man at the checkout counter and he told me where they were and said hey I remember you from years ago, anyway the Dado blades weren't cheap but the checkout man did give me a slight discount and it's a fantastic buy that I'll be using on my own home projects for many years. The other 2 large lumber stores has no idea what I was describing to them so I went here and am very happy that I did.”

“Amazing, friendly team. We stopped in for a FREE ornament painting Mccoy’s put on for the community. They provided snacks, materials to paint an ornament, and even a backdrop for pictures if you wanted to snag some. Every person there was friendly and welcoming, most particularly Satdy. She welcomed us into the store, helped us out and even snuck in a little business promotion! You don’t see customer service like that too often, so I wanted to write this to recognize the hardworking, nice employees at this shop. Make this hardware store your first choice! “I've always had good experiences with Morrison Supply Companies. I deal mostly with the plumbing counter and HVAC counter and don't really have any dealings with the front sales. They tend to have what you need of whatever they sell. But, if they don't, they can usually get it the next business day from one of their other stores in the US.”
“I had an older chain saw that would not start so I took it Concho Power Equipment. They couldn't repair it due to a bad carburetor. They returned it to me and recommended i try Amazon to get the order a carburetor. After two attempts to get the carburetor, they stepped in and managed to find the correct carburetor. I feel they went above and beyond to get my chainsaw repaired.

“We actually found someone to help us find something he really helped instead of saying aisle 5 or whatever thats one of the reasons I don't like going there nobody wants to help or you can't find a person but we found what we wanted then got stuck in a line cause they only had 1 person working and needed a price on something for the person in front of us and guess what they couldn't find anyone finally the person in front of us told her to void the sale and he would go find one with the price I would love for the board of directors to shop the stores and see how often it hapens”
“I did the old In-N-Out felt like a real man a real dad needed to work on decks and plumbing and but I just bought primer. Store is always clean full of bald old men that have knowledge of whatever project you got. The paint department is full of cool tattooed people who are always friendly and fast.”
