“Well, where to start? I went in seeking help with my wife's phone. The young lady named jwas very helpful. But then we discovered since we have a T-Mobile phone. They really couldn't help us out because they would not have access to our account. That they wouldn't be able to help us. Jess was very apologetic which I told her it was not her fault. But the 2 young ladies in that store were very polite, very helpful, and very nice. So I would recommend going there if you were looking for service. And you were looking for helpful people.”

“I want to share what a pleasant experience that I always have when shopping at the San Angelo Target store. The staff here in San Angelo is full of friendly, nice people. To me it is extremely important how an employee treats me when I’m checking out. At our Target store the employees always engage with me in general ‘small talk’ and make eye contact while checking out my items. It may be that we are a moderately large town and not a big city, but the employees here never speak rudely, condescendingly, or impatiently to me. The worse thing I encounter at other stores are employees that not only ignore you while handeling my items, they will even have conversations with other employees about their personal lives and treat you as an annoying interruption. Here at the San Angelo Target, you are never treated as a bother; they acknowledge you as a person spending hard earned money in their store and you are appreciated!!”

“Stacy helped me find the phone I needed for my business and contacts with my family and friends. She listened to me when I described how I use a cellphone. She described the features of three phones. Then, Stacy recommended one as the phone that would best meet my needs. When she discovered that phone was not in stock at her MetroPCS by T-Mobile store, she checked and found it was available at another store a few miles away. She said she had called the other MetroPCS store and reserve that one for me, in case it was the one I wanted. She told me who to ask for at the other store. Stacy was very helpful and wanted to be sure I got the phone I needed even if it meant that she didn’t make the sale.When you go to the metro PCS by T-Mobile on 29th St. and Bryant Throughway North, be sure to ask for Stacy. “We switched to Cricket from Straight Talk because of their horrible customer service, and just switching took over two hours because Straight Talk had to approve everything on their end. Joseph, Alyssa, and Chachi at the South Bryant Cricket store stayed after hours to help us get it resolved. They were patient, professional, and friendly the whole time. I could tell they take pride in their work!”

“Edit to original review posted 11 May 22:Got a call from a manager for Aaron's on 19 May 22 who took details of our experience and said that he will address the matter regarding the unsafe driver. Changed rating from 2 to 5. (Also fixed typos in original review.)Driver driving Aaron's Rental truck on evening of 11 May 22 was northbound on highway 67 going towards Mertzon when it came up behind us at excessive speed and proceeded to follow us dangerously close. Vehicle had ample opportunity to pass us - clear center stripe and no oncoming traffic for more than a mile. We began to slow down in attempt to persuade driver to pass us. Driver continued to drive dangerously close until we could move to shoulder of road. We would appreciate investigation of this matter regarding safety to fellow motorists. I will be glad to mention this to law enforcement if needed. Thank you.”

“Really polite staff, always helpful and willing to look up information for you and answer questions. Nice selection of items and the prices aren't too high for a rent to own business. They are very vigilant about contacting you if you miss a payment, but that's expected and isn't too pushy in my opinion, since their business depends on people making payments and not taking off with their stuff. I've used them multiple times, and each time was a simple, fast process that didn't feel like too much work. A good place to go if you are considering a rent to own option. My only note of caution would be that you have to be careful when setting up your account and making sure it's exactly the schedule you want, or it very quickly gets crazy and it takes some time to figure out and correct the problem.”

“We wanted to upgrade our living room and since we have an account at Conn's, we thought ok, we can get it their.! After sending us a letter stating our credit was raised by 5k, great. Wrong!! Conn's tried to send us to a 3rd party lender. 288.00 a month for a sofa and loveseat. Ripoff! We saw an add online for Express. We called and talked to Rhonda, who is awesome! We now have a sofa, loveseat, recliner and coffee table for less than Conn's wanted to charge. Thanks Rhonda.”

“I understand nothing about iphones and routers and little boxes that go bump in the night. Sylvia at Verizon does. With a pleasant attitude and sweet smile, she answered more questions than I knew I even had. And not once, did she make me feel dumb about it. She helped my husband and I understand what types of service we needed and the best equipment. However, she didn't push us to purchase the most expensive or the highest dollar models. Only what we needed. I met with her manager before leaving to tell him what a gem he had on his hands with her...of course, he was well aware. (And I suggested whatever he was paying my her, was NOT enough.) Go see Sylvia. Ask for Sylvia. Listen to Sylvia. She's smart and knows her stuff. And will let you walk out feeling a little smarter yourself.”

“I usually avoid other Verizon stores because the customer service has been so hit or miss. However, Cassandra was so helpful and cordial in quickly assisting with an activation issue I was having, that I would go there again without hesitation. I left the store with a brand new perception on Verizon’s customer service and a sweet new working phone. In fact, it really made my whole day better, maybe I need MORE cellular issues.”
