“I haven't broken a phone in over 10 years. But when I did, it as 6pm and I was going out of town the next day. Cell Phone Fix was great! Friendly, fast, and honest. He said he would check the microphone and camera once the broken screen was off, but would do anything extra until he spoke with me first. Got a new OLED screen on my phone within an hour and I was ready for my trip the next day. It was stressful free and fast. Great work!”

“I love MetroPCS, I should have NEVER “MERGED” to T-Mobile!! As soon as I can, I’m going back to MetroPCS!! Andria was the best and tried to get it right for me but that CS dude just hung up on us! T-Mobile has been a problem from day one! Their “Promo” was a joke, the Custer service dude could barely speak English and signed me up for an iPhone that wasn’t on the promo! Now that I’ve contacted their customer support, they are going to leave me alone and the manager at the San Angelo store is a real piece of work and lies through his teeth! Again, I’m going back to MetroPCS and I should have never left!”

“We went into the store upgrade her 14 iPhone had a critical battery error and would no longer hold a charge. Eric assisted us and he was awesome from the start. We told him we wanted a iPhone 16 and he guided us through the options--no hard selling. Once we decided and purchased the phone he guided us through the data transfer from the 14 to 16. During the transfer he demonstrated the new features of the 16 and made the entire experience painless. Thank you Eric!!!!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to two incredibly outstanding employees — Jaime and Luis! I came in during one of the most stressful weeks of my life. I was sick myself, had a very sick grandchild at home, and on top of all that I was dealing with a phone that had given me nothing but problems. I was stressed and I will admit I probably wasn't the easiest customer, but Jaime handled everything with such grace, patience and professionalism that she completely blew me away. She got everything transferred over to my new phone perfectly and I could not be more grateful! And then there was Luis, what an amazing young man! His knowledge of phones is absolutely incredible and his kindness and professionalism were beyond impressive. He made me feel so taken care of and at ease. These two are the real deal. With a pleasant attitude and sweet smile, she answered more questions than I knew I even had. And not once, did she make me feel dumb about it. She helped my husband and I understand what types of service we needed and the best equipment. However, she didn't push us to purchase the most expensive or the highest dollar models. Only what we needed. I met with her manager before leaving to tell him what a gem he had on his hands with her...of course, he was well aware. (And I suggested whatever he was paying my her, was NOT enough.) Go see Sylvia. Ask for Sylvia. Listen to Sylvia. She's smart and knows her stuff. And will let you walk out feeling a little smarter yourself.”

However, Cassandra was so helpful and cordial in quickly assisting with an activation issue I was having, that I would go there again without hesitation. I left the store with a brand new perception on Verizon’s customer service and a sweet new working phone. In fact, it really made my whole day better, maybe I need MORE cellular issues.”
