With a pleasant attitude and sweet smile, she answered more questions than I knew I even had. And not once, did she make me feel dumb about it. She helped my husband and I understand what types of service we needed and the best equipment. However, she didn't push us to purchase the most expensive or the highest dollar models. Only what we needed. I met with her manager before leaving to tell him what a gem he had on his hands with her...of course, he was well aware. (And I suggested whatever he was paying my her, was NOT enough.) Go see Sylvia. Ask for Sylvia. Listen to Sylvia. She's smart and knows her stuff.
