I had finally settled on a place that was partially consistent with his cut. However, he always had somewhere on him that looked butchered/rough cut/no blending. Honestly, I had decided that maybe my expectations were just too high and needed to lower my standards. Today I took my little squirt to Pure Heart and he looks amazing! Right away my husband said it’s the first time he didn’t look All that to say, I will be returning to Pure Heart! Thanks for the wonderful experience and customer service!

2308 W Harris Ave, San AngeloWe started taking our long-haired German Shepherd, Maron, to Bark Boutique when he was a puppy, and during the year we were clients, they took such wonderful care of him.
The team was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming as they introduced Maron to grooming and social experiences. They helped him build confidence around other dogs and groomers in a positive, stress-free environment, which made a lasting impact on him as he grew.
Every time Maron came home from Bark Boutique, he looked absolutely amazing. His coat was brushed to perfection, he smelled incredible, and everyone commented on how handsome he looked. As a long-haired German Shepherd owner, I can honestly say they were able to get him cleaner and fluffier than we ever could at home.
What stood out most was how much they genuinely cared. Communication was always excellent, and the staff was warm, friendly, and wonderful to work with every time we dropped him off. We always felt confident that Maron was in the best hands.
We recently moved, and Bark Boutique is one of the things we'll miss most. We are so grateful for the care they gave Maron during his first year of grooming. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who will treat their dog like family.

Los Caballos Veterinary Clinic LLP
729 W 29th St, San AngeloI’ve been using Los Caballos since 2019 and my pets have always received exceptional care! From cats and dogs to my goats, the staff is always incredible. Typically we see Dr. Probandt but have made our rounds through the other vets when she’s unavailable. They are always thorough and make sure to answer my questions and care for my babies.
I have one reactive dog and they always make sure we are in and out without making contact with other dogs. They were there for losing our older dog a few years ago, and then welcoming a new puppy last year and no matter what they always go above and beyond.
I could go on for days about the amazing care from the Los Caballos staff but I’ll stop here! We love the LC family ❤️

We came here for his health certificate but they dedicated an hour to go through everything to make sure we don’t miss anything and our dog is healthy.

Ten years later she still loved him dearly. Two weeks ago I had to have her put to sleep and he was still very kind and caring -- with my dog and me both. His staff also were very kind and understanding.
I would very highly recommend Dr. Womack and Los Caballos to anyone looking for quality veterinarian care.

5769 Sherwood Way, San AngeloDespite my last review, we decided to give this place another chance and ended up eating here two days in a row. I’m glad we did because this experience was completely different from our last one.
First, I want to say thank you to Chase and Josh. Both were incredibly welcoming and understanding about what happened during our previous visit, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park this time. Their charm and hospitality were matched only by the amazing food being served.
The food was excellent. The brisket hash was juicy and tender, and the French toast is downright addictive. On our second visit, I finally got to try the patty melt I wanted the first time around, and it was excellent as well. Of course, I had to get the French toast again!
I unfortunately missed the name of our waitress on the second day, but she deserves recognition too. She was incredibly thoughtful and sweet and made sure we were well taken care of.
I also want to specifically recognize Edgar, the manager. Edgar was not the manager involved in the situation from my previous review, but he still took the time to come to our table and personally apologize on that manager’s behalf for how things were handled. He didn’t have to do that, and I genuinely respected it. Edgar was a true gentleman, and from the way he handled the situation and interacted with his staff, you can tell he’s a great leader.
Thank you to Edgar, Chase, Josh, and our waitress for completely turning around our impression of this place and making us feel genuinely welcomed. This was the experience we had hoped for the first time, and I’m glad we decided to come back. We will definitely be coming back again!
