5.11 Tactical is a store trusted by professionals, first responders, and adventurers. It is well stocked and neat, with over 600 items including a large selection of men's and women's clothing, backpacks, tactical footwear, and everyday carry items. The staff is wonderful, very courteous, and patient. They know their stuff and offer great explanations of the quality gear and suggestions. The clothes are comfortable. While repeated visits can get expensive and addictive, the store stands by its products with excellent service. It is a great store to visit to check the fit of gear.
Staff is always friendly. They mention what specials they currently have as well as remind people of the marked down items. I like how they make sure store is stocked with each item and place is always clean. Also staff is very knowledgeable of items and always have good answers a person may have. A+

First time shopping at 5.11. Great selection and amazing quality throughout the store. Chris was especially helpful—friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciated the experience and will definitely be back.
