“Me and my wife loved living here! Me and my wife were struggling to find a place to live with 2 big dogs. When we showed up they made us feel welcomed and didn’t turn us down because they don’t have breed restrictions (well when we were there they didn’t) It was our home away from home! We loved the atmosphere and the little events that the employees would throw! They made sure that everyone there was involved and had great customer service. Never had any issues with them. When we needed something fixed they made sure it was fixed that same day or the following day. Miss this place and I recommend people to go check this place out. Me and my wife loved it here and so did our family when they’d come to visit.”
“I've lived here at the 68 for a year now and cannot say enough as to how satisfied I am. Great clean and modern apartments sitting right in the Hemisfair Park. I've had an amazing, comfortable experience living here. Bianca (Manager) and Ivanna(Assistant) always greet me with a huge, friendly smile and are quick to solve anything.
Conveniently located A few hundred feet from the Riverwalk, Restaurants, Shops, and next to The Convention Center. I've had an incredibly peaceful and fun experience here and cannot say enough. Just signed another lease with confidence that my great experience is going to continue. On a side note have not seen a cockroach the entire year I've been here, they are non-existant :-) I highly recommend anyone to check the '68 Apartments, I give them High Praise!!!

“This place has definitely taken a turn for the BETTER, the lady's in the office has really improved the quality of living here. They are responsive and considerate to any issues I have with my apartment. I love the fact that I request help from maintenance just using the app on my phone and juan come same day super fast 10/10 recommend.”

“Excellent apartments to live in located in downtown San Antonio. The gym is great, the pool is big and clean, and the apartments are new with nice amenities (dish washer, washer dryer, AC). The small amount of issues I’ve had maintenance wise were fixed within 1-2 days and the maintenance guys are great. The front desk is also extremely helpful when I was first moving in as I was confused with the app requirement to enter most of the building (it is easy I was just new to the process).”

Recently I was in a real bind and needed to find a place to live quickly. Where I had set up to live is a new build and my apartment wasn't ready on the day my lease was supposed to start.
I was feeling very anxious about this so I contacted Michelle at Inspire and she was super kind. She listened to my story and she was very helpful in finding me a great apartment at an excellent rent. Inspire is one of the only places downtown that has a hot tub and the square footage of their places is amazing.
While I didn't end up renting at Inspire, knowing that I had a 2nd choice made me feel safe and calm. Also, it gave me the ammunition I needed to be able to go back to the first place and tell them that if they didn't give me what I wanted, I wasn't going to move in there. Michelle set me up for success and I just wanted her to know that I really appreciated everything she did for me.”
