I met a lot of leasing professionals but Jessica is a nice woman, helpful, goes out of her way to help a client/prospective client out, has excellent follow-through on action items, is quick to respond to questions, and is a true professional. Cortland is fortunate to have someone like Jessica working there and she represents Cortland well as an awesome ambassador.”

“Lived here for a quick 6 month lease, let me just say if me & my boyfriend hadn’t found a house yet we definitely would’ve renewed the lease, no complaints AT ALL. Property is always kept clean, very quiet area, no sketchy activity, felt safe to walk alone with my baby. The lovely ladies in the office were always a big help especially Natalie, she was always there to answer any questions me and my partner had.”

“Me and my wife loved living here! Me and my wife were struggling to find a place to live with 2 big dogs. When we showed up they made us feel welcomed and didn’t turn us down because they don’t have breed restrictions (well when we were there they didn’t) It was our home away from home! We loved the atmosphere and the little events that the employees would throw! They made sure that everyone there was involved and had great customer service. Never had any issues with them. When we needed something fixed they made sure it was fixed that same day or the following day. Miss this place and I recommend people to go check this place out. Me and my wife loved it here and so did our family when they’d come to visit.”

I've been living here for 5 months now and boy this is the greatest place I've ever lived!! They have a fourth floor pool area overlooking the Riverwalk and the venues. Such a great site! You can see a great view of the Hemisphere Tower and downtown San Antonio.
They have a gym on the first floor that's just a good as any CrossFit gym I've been in. They have a first floor pool with a super nice layout! Plenty of courtyards and places to walk your doggy. There's doggy stations all around the property and in the courtyards. They have their own doggie park which is really nice! The parking garage here rocks! Plenty of elevators if you don't want to take the stairs. They even have their own convenience store for your use. All you do is walk in get what you want and it charges the card you want to charge. And boy this store has a great selection! These Lofts are so cool looking. There's so many floor plans that you can pick what you like. For the price, location and management..... I don't think there's a better place around at least here in San Antonio. Yep The maintenance team here is the best!!! They always get stuff fixed in a very fast and efficient way. I've never met the owner but this guy has a place that rocks!! I think he really cares about this place!! This place is very well maintained!! You got to come check it out!!! There's so many good things to tell about this place that there's not enough room on this Google review to say it all.”

You should definitely check out The Park on Wurzbach meet Sierra and the rest of the staff and maybe move in to your new apartment.”

“I’ve lived at Vista Two 52 for over a year now and while the apartments themselves are older, I’m very satisfied with it. Jeffrey in the front office goes above and beyond, is always in a great mood, and truly takes care of the tenants. The maintenance team is phenomenal and responds very quickly. While it seems to have changed managers a couple times since being here, I’m very happy with my choice of residing at Vista Two 52!!”

“***UPDATE*** 12/5/2025

After a conversation in person with Miranda and Ashley, they refreshed the reason why I have been living at the Anthony for 7 years. I went into the conversation with an open mind and apparently so did they because they worked actively and diligently to address my concerns and frustrations not with a short term or off putting solution but to put my comfort and needs first. now I'm in a new place that's been upgraded, quiet, and a view that's worth the price alone. Its been months since i slept the whole night and I am so thankful I am back to that peace again. Say what you will about The Anthony but there is a reason why I have been here so long when i could have gone anywhere else. Of course like any other place they have their property issues, but what makes it worth it is feeling seen and heard. But its not just about me, the family that had been an issue can now enjoy their home without the tension that had built between us and with having two kids and the holidays here, they deserve that and not to have any more added stress from neighbors. This was definitely a solution that worked out well for everyone in the end.

I have been living at the Anthony going on 7 years now. In the beginning it was a great place to live. Clean and quiet. I’ve read the reviews of others over time and felt fortunate that I didn’t ever experience some of their issues. However this past year has been one thing or another. Some of my maintenance requests being unfulfilled, ignored, or incomplete. I’ve asked several time since 2022 to get my counter tops replaced and it has yet to happen. Each time they say my dog was out when she wasn’t even there or they would come back. The light has not ever been fixed in the kitchen. Or the garage And as of the past couple of months a serious roach infestation coming from the wall in the laundry room. I can also hear water trickle down from up stairs and there are visible water spots on my ceiling . I’ve had to complain on multiple occasions about the neighbors upstairs jumping and banging from anywhere from 10pm until 1am. The last time I reported it and asked someone to speak to them. I was told by one of the ladies in the front office that it’s not their responsibility and that they don’t get involved. She also informed me I am known to complain about the noise and maybe I should just move. Offering me a different apartment at a higher price rate.

I tried to not be a special case but I am a disabled veteran and sleep is hard to come by due to combat PTSD and the banging noise tends to be triggering. So in the middle of the night when I hear loud banging and crashing followed by kids screaming I freak out and trying to relax again and sleep is very hard to do. I was told that if I have a problem next time don’t call the front office call the cops instead. They would also offer me one of the apartments in the new building at the new rate. Being treated that way after 7 years now I see why people complained before. I never thought I’d be one making a review like this but now here I am thinking maybe this needs to be taken as a sign that since nobody wants to fix my maintenance requests. Get rid of the roaches as I’ve heard other neighbors have dealt with the same, along with the noise from the people upstairs, this isn’t the place it once was.

***I understand they have young children and kids are going to be kids. Plus with the language barrier between us both it’s understandable they don’t understand me either and I’m learning Spanish***”

The staff are great and are always super friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a resort like apartment that’s far away from the city so it’s quiet, but close enough where it’s not a long commute.”

“Ensemble is a lovely apartment high rise, a rare senior living experience, reasonably priced, in San Antonio. The apartments are exceptionally nice and spacious and modern touches--gives every room a sense of refined comfort. Attention to detail is evident throughout, from cabinetry to premium genuine wood flooring.

The amenities truly elevate the experience. There is a library and a movie theater inside the property as well as lovely walking trails for the rustic experience and a lovely park and gazebo. There is also a fitness center and a gym.

“I really love Tetro. The staff is very nice, location is perfect, it's a quaint apartment, however my only dislike is the Maintenance. They're a little rude and they take forever to come and fix your problem and the first or second time they never actually fix it but rather do a Band-aid solution that immediately falls apart just to wait another 2-3 weeks for them to fix it properly.”
