Residents have access to amenities like a coffee bar, arcade, 24-hour computer lounge with free printing, resort-style pool, fitness center, fenced pet park, and so much more. Residents have been highly satisfied with their experience at Tetro Student Village. The maintenance staff is praised for their fast response and attention to detail. The managers are described as patient and understanding, making the transition to a new place seamless. The front office staff, especially Adam, are commended for their helpfulness in addressing any issues or questions residents may have. Residents have also enjoyed the sense of community, making friends by hanging out at the pool and attending events. Overall, Tetro Student Village is highly recommended for its luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and responsive staff.
The apartment was dirty when we initially moved in, from the outside hallway to the living room to the kitchen. I found fleas in my carpet this morning. My shower and bathroom counter have red hair dye in them as well. However, the apartment is in a nice area and the office staff is kind.
