A major issue is vehicle break-ins and smashed windows in the parking garages, with reports of nonexistent security, open gates, and suspicious activity. I’m a new resident and I can honestly say it’s a great place so far. Had a bit of an issue with some things but Mike really saved it. Definitely without Mike working in the leasing office I probably wouldn’t have continued to become a resident. Overall it’s been a great community to be a part of.
