Too long to wait in the store. I spent an hour waiting for them to serve me. There was only one person serving me. I think that's very bad. They have to improve that because their competitor, T-mobile, always has a lot of people serving me and that's the most important thing.

Had an issue with my phone not reading my SIM card. I had no service. Paloma knew exactly what the issue was and converted my phone to a eSIM which immediately solved my problem. Thank you Paloma for your assistance and excellent customer service. Good customer service is hard to find these days and she was great!
