Although I couldn’t get my battery fixed due to a cracked screen, Russ(I believe that was his name, if I got it wrong sorry lol) but he was very nice and helped me out a ton, even tried to print me out a map since I wouldn’t have my phone to get around, and overall made the experience very nice!
