He was responsive, took the time to actually understand what I was building — a full racing simulator — and never rushed the process. I’d done my homework beforehand, and his pricing matched or beat anywhere online. The only thing online stores had going for them was instant gratification for my impatient self. Ended up with top-tier accessories and a PC that’s run flawless since day one. Open-architecture builds cost a bit more, but you’re paying for room to grow — and I don’t think I could’ve found a better deal anywhere else. If you’re serious about a sim rig, go see Roger.”

“My 2019 MacBook Air was the victim of a power surge that left me with a black screen and a circle with a line thru it, and the inability to restart. I took it to the Apple Store in the North Star Mall. The assistance I received was speedy and courteous, but they couldn't help me restart my computer. They did refer me to MacTLC, with the hopes that they could retrieve my data. I dropped my computer off the Thursday before the Labor Day weekend. I received a call from MacTLC on the following Wednesday that it was ready. Fearful that my data could not be retrieved I went to pick it up. My computer was as good as new!!! No lost data, plus some tips on how to avoid future power surges and back up my data more effectively. It only cost me $189.00! I am very very pleased with the work that MacTLC provided and the price that they charged me. I highly recommend them!”

I was mad but that’s nothing that cant do about it. Just don’t waste your time going to Best Buy for any Apple issues.
