Took me a month to finally walk into the store, but Roger made it worth the wait. He was responsive, took the time to actually understand what I was building — a full racing simulator — and never rushed the process.
I’d done my homework beforehand, and his pricing matched or beat anywhere online. The only thing online stores had going for them was instant gratification for my impatient self.
Ended up with top-tier accessories and a PC that’s run flawless since day one. Open-architecture builds cost a bit more, but you’re paying for room to grow — and I don’t think I could’ve found a better deal anywhere else.

“I’ve been using AllGen Computers for nearly two years or more, and they’ve consistently delivered excellent service time and time again when I needed them most. They’re quick to diagnose issues accurately instead of wasting time guessing, and they explain everything clearly so you know exactly what’s going on. They’ve handled part installs and upgrades for me with no issues, and everything has always been done cleanly and professionally. I also had my system internally cleaned, and it came back running noticeably better and looking spotless inside. One thing I really appreciate is the turnaround time, it’s consistently quick, and they keep you updated throughout the entire process so you’re never left wondering what’s happening. I’d also like to recognize Randall, he’s my go-to for anything I need done with my setup. He’s knowledgeable, straightforward, reliable, and truly focused on customer service. You can tell he’s passionate about his work, and I always feel confident leaving my system in his hands. I’ve also had great experiences with the rest of the staff as well, they’re all professional, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. AllGen also has a solid selection of parts available in their shop, including gently used, restored, and brand-new components, which makes it convenient if you need a replacement or upgrade without waiting on shipping. Overall, AllGen Computers is a solid, reputable shop that genuinely knows what they’re doing and takes pride in their work. We asked one, two and then three people to help open a case to purchase the red light $700 -not look -not question about it-but ready to go to register -and we had to wait and asked twice more for help and ask for the product.
Davi got ahead of it and not only helped us w our initial need but answered additional questions and left us w a much better feeling than we had and prevented Amazon from making an additional 850 versus Best Buy!With Amazon taking over so many big box stores it’s vital that customer service Davi more often -thank you, Davie! “I went to Best Buy to get my phone fixed (apple care) it turns out that it wasn’t a real Apple Store) I asked to speak to a supervisor and same it was nothing it can do since Apple only give them basic fixes. I was mad but that’s nothing that cant do about it. Just don’t waste your time going to Best Buy for any Apple issues.
